Agreement and eligibility

By using ZombieDuo or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must be at least 18 and have authority to accept these Terms for any organization you represent. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Service and availability

ZombieDuo publishes guides and prompts for cinematic zombie couple stories. Our paid product is planned as a two-portrait, scene-based AI video service delivering an approximately 10-second vertical 9:16 MP4 without audio. Video generation is in development. Public uploads and purchases open only when delivery and payment setup are ready; no advance payment is being collected. The purchase provisions below apply when sales open and an order is accepted.

The editorial library remains free. Account registration does not purchase a pack or create a subscription. External tools mentioned in a guide are separate services with their own rules.

Prices, credits and billing

The published launch packs are:

• First Story: $6.90 USD for 100 credits (1 video).
• Story Collection: $17.90 USD for 300 credits (3 videos).
• Creator Pack: $49.90 USD for 1,000 credits (10 videos).

Each pack is a one-time purchase. Each generation reserves 100 credits. Credits are valid for 365 days from purchase, are for use in your account, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. A new generation or voluntary retry uses another 100 credits. Technical failures and requests blocked before delivery return the reserved credits.

There is no automatic renewal or recurring billing. Any applicable tax and the final total will be disclosed before you authorize a payment. Prices may change for future orders; changes do not alter an accepted order. The checkout will identify the payment provider and any additional applicable checkout terms. ZombieDuo does not request full card details by email.

Digital delivery

Purchased credits will be added to the purchasing account after confirmed payment. Generated videos will be made available in that account as downloadable MP4 files after processing and review. No physical goods are shipped. The available model, generation specifications and processing estimate will be shown before a job is submitted. Do not place an order unless the displayed specifications meet your needs.

AI output can vary and may contain visual artifacts. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, a particular creative result or exclusive rights. If processing fails or content cannot be delivered, the reserved credits are returned. Report a confirmed payment without delivered credits to support with your receipt so we can correct delivery or refund it.

Accounts and photo rights

Give accurate account information, keep credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access. Only submit portraits of adults when you own or have the necessary rights and permission for both people and the intended use. Public figures, minors, unlawful impersonation and prohibited content are not permitted. Permission does not override a model provider's restrictions or our Acceptable Use Policy.

When uploads become available, you grant only the rights needed to process your request and deliver the result, subject to the Privacy Policy and disclosed providers. You remain responsible for the rights to your inputs and intended publication. We do not guarantee clearance of third-party material.

Cancellation and refunds

One-time packs do not require subscription cancellation. Within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund of unused credits at the proportional pack value. Duplicate charges, undelivered credits and technical failures are addressed in the Refund Policy. Closing an account does not itself submit a refund request. Contact support before closing an account with an unresolved purchase.

Editorial material and external services

ZombieDuo owns its original text and presentation. You may read and adapt our original prompt ideas for lawful personal or commercial creative work, subject to third-party rights. Do not copy the site as a competing library or imply our endorsement. External tools control their own availability, output, prices, licences and safety decisions.

Enforcement and changes

We may restrict access to protect the service, investigate abuse or comply with law, with a route to contact support or appeal. Refunds and mandatory consumer rights are not automatically lost because an account is restricted. Material changes to these Terms will be dated on this page. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Email support@zombieduo.com with your account email and relevant order or job reference. Do not send a password or full card number.

Does registration start a subscription?

No. Registration is free, and the published packs have no automatic renewal.

When do credits expire?

Purchased credits are valid for 365 days from purchase. The refund window is separate from the credit validity period.

What if a job fails?

Reserved credits are returned for a technical failure or a request blocked before delivery. A voluntary new generation uses 100 credits.

May I use a video commercially?

Only where your input rights and the selected provider's licence permit it. These Terms do not grant rights in someone else's likeness or other third-party material.

How are disputes handled?

Contact support first so we can investigate. Mandatory rights, applicable consumer protections and access to legal remedies remain available.
